Saying goodbye to parting loved ones is heart pulling. But I like this thought to soothe the tug:
"I always miss you until seeing you soon again"
Such longing makes living all worth it. And how do I know this, like unto this servants faith:
Helaman 7:
29 Behold now, I do not say that these things shall be, of myself, because it is not of myself that I aknow these things; but behold, I bknow that these things are true because the Lord God has made them known unto me, therefore I testify that they shall be.
Reminds me of the vision of President Joseph F. Smith recorded in Section 138 vs.11-14. This brings peace to my soul knowing I will have the opportunity to reunite with my loved ones who have passed on.

12 And there were gathered together in one place an innumerable company of the spirits of the just, who had been faithful in the testimony of Jesus while they lived in mortality;
13 And who had offered sacrifice in the similitude of the great sacrifice of the Son of God, and had suffered tribulation in their Redeemer’s name.
14 All these had departed the mortal life, firm in the hope of a glorious resurrection, through the grace of God the Father and his Only Begotten Son, Jesus Christ.
