Exercise Faith

My angel wife and I were able to help our daughter in her first sprint triathlon early this morning.  She swam, biked, and ran.  She trained for this for nearly a month and a half.  She rode her cruiser bright green bike.  It was so fun to watch her.  During her training she taught herself to flip turn in the pool. The scripture, "men began to exercise faith in Christ; and thus by faith, they did hold upon every good thing" Moroni 7:25, was realized.
