I swam a length in the pool with the butterfly stroke without a breathe. I felt good power with my arms coming over my shoulder, and with consistency. It feels good to swim. It is a good workout and I highly recommend it. Much of my blog has the swimming themes such as Diving for a topic to study, experiencing the scripture in a Rip Dive, and experiencing a Deep-Dive by exploring in more detail a chosen topic.
I believe I have found a new topic. I will reveal the topic, appropriate for the season, in a few days.
