Rewriting

Another way to memorize a scripture is to called rewriting. First write your verse, then rewrite the verse with the same words yet in a different sequence. Rewrite the verse 4-5 times. Like this:

-He would not defile himself, because his heart was purposed.

-Because of his purposes here, he defiled not himself.

-Daniel, he not himself defiled in his heart.

-In his heart, he defiled not.

-Daniel told himself, and sealed in his heart, that he would do nothing that would destroy his honor.
